Salvaged Heart Pine - Limited
This limited run of our new LP stands is made from salvaged Heart Pine beams pulled out of old industrial buildings that were the foundation of American manufacturing . This "old growth" material was in buildings for a long time (80-120 years) and was in the ground as a tree for a long time before that. We have always loved this material for its history and beauty. Making new products with salvaged materials gives us a direct and tactile connection to the past. To be something that displays the artwork of one's favorite albums seems like a perfect use for this material.
